Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the op09 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the op09 platform is subject to a minimum age requirement of eighteen (18) years. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from registering or using any of our services. op09 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the op09 management. The official language of this agreement is Bahasa Melayu, and any translation into another language is for convenience only and does not supersede the Bahasa Melayu version.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the op09 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users who provide false or misleading information will be subject to account closure without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, an active phone number, and any other information needed for identity verification purposes. This information is necessary to protect your account and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Password Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. op09 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
You agree that all activities carried out under your account are your responsibility, including any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the op09 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Falsifying your identity or impersonating another person during registration or platform use
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or in violation of Malaysian law
- Attempting to breach or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the system
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and op09 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action for serious breaches.
Payments & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the op09 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name. op09 does not accept payments made through another person's account without prior written authorisation.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require additional proof of identity before funds are released. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and current conditions.
Op09 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending the completion of an internal investigation.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Op09 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, op09 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. op09's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Op09 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the sole discretion of our management. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure once identity verification is complete.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the op09 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of op09 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. op09 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Op09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the op09 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of any such litigation.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
